The one constant in life is, change. Whether good or bad, right or wrong, pleasing or painful, joyful or heartbreaking, change is always happening. I have worked and connected with people from multiple cultures, races, and religions to affect change, for the betterment of self, others, and the world. It Is faith that turns hope into reality and makes possible those things you cannot see. We change for the better because of the help and encouragement of others. My Mission
My mission isn’t to change what you believe in but what you believe about yourself. You have heard the expression, “You are what you eat.” Well, you are also what you think. Arlene R. Taylor, PhD states in an article, “Affirmation Advantage” that, “growing up most people heard seven to nine negative comments for every positive one. Those from quite dysfunctional families typically heard thirty or forty negative comments for every positive comment or instruction.”
Wow! That is like, you alone, playing a game against a team of 30 people who don’t like you very much.
Here’s the truth, you are not alone. I am here to help you. I would be honored to walk this journey with you.

I want to help you recognize those resources inside you. I am here to walk beside you on this journey. I offer honest human fellowship, in agreement with you, to discover together the best therapy and strategy for healing, growing, and changing. I will work with you to guide you in sustaining good emotional, mental, and physical health resulting in wellness for not only you, but for your family, your community, and ultimately, the world.
What I Believe
Jesus is God’s Living Message
“God’s living message is very close to you, as close as your own heart beating in your chest and as near as the tongue in your mouth.
And what is God’s “living message”? It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach.
For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation.
The heart that believes in him receives the gift of the righteousness of God—and then the mouth gives thanks to salvation.
For the Scriptures encourage us with these words: “Everyone who believes in him will never be disappointed.”
So then faith eliminates the distinction between Jew and non-Jew, for he is the same Lord Jehovah for all people. And he has enough treasures to lavish generously upon all who call on him.
And it’s true: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord Yahweh will be rescued and experience new life.”
But how can people call on him for help if they’ve not yet believed? And how can they believe in one they’ve not yet heard of? And how can they hear the message of life if there is no one there to proclaim it?
And how can the message be proclaimed if messengers have yet to be sent? That’s why the Scriptures say: How welcome is the arrival of those proclaiming the joyful news of peace and of good things to come!
But not everyone welcomes the good news, as Isaiah said: Lord, is there anyone who hears and believes our message?
Faith, then, is birthed in a heart that responds to God’s anointed utterance of the Anointed One.” Romans 10:8b-17 TPT
“so that those who truly believe in him will not perish but be given eternal life.
For this is how much God loved the world—he gave his one and only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life.
God did not send his Son into the world to judge and condemn the world, but to be its Savior and rescue it!
So now there is no longer any condemnation for those who believe in him, but the unbeliever already lives under condemnation because they do not believe in the name of God’s beloved Son.” John 3:15-18 TPT
